What does VendHub actually do?+
VendHub is one platform for running and growing a vending business, built by the operators behind the 2,000+ member Vendingpreneurs community. Source product from national wholesale suppliers with guided enrollment (VendMarket), buy discounted machines and earn marketplace credits when you do (VendEquipment), and win and manage locations with contract generation and lead tools (VendScout). Behind it all is a support team that talks to your suppliers for you every week, plus access to vetted financing and partner discounts. Source, equip, place, and grow, all from one account.
Do I need a minimum number of machines, or is VendHub only for big operators?+
No minimum. VendHub is built for operators at every stage, from placing your first machine to running a national footprint.
Do I have to move everything to VendHub, or can I keep what I use?+
No lock-in. Use one app or all of them, and keep the supplier relationships and tools you already have. VendHub gives you one place to source product, buy machines, and win locations, and most operators start with one piece and add the rest as they grow.
Can my team members join VendHub under my account?+
Yes. Every VendHub account is an organization, so your team works under one shared account. You can add members up to your plan’s seat limit.
How do the equipment credits work?+
Buy machines through VendHub and earn marketplace credits that flow back into your ordering.
Does VendHub finance my machines?+
We don’t lend directly. You get in-platform access to vetted equipment-financing partners, so you can line up financing without shopping it around yourself.
Is VendMarket actually cheaper than Amazon or Costco?+
VendMarket is about direct access to national wholesale suppliers and ordering everything in one place, including accounts that are hard to land on your own and rebate paths like USG. We’re straight with you: today it’s about access and consolidation, not a guaranteed price-beat. And as more operators join, more volume means better terms passed back to everyone.
What is the USG rebate path?+
One Vistar order to a commercial address makes you eligible to enroll quarterly in USG, which opens rebates across suppliers.
Is VendScout a CRM?+
It’s more than a CRM. VendScout is purpose-built for winning and managing locations, the slowest, hardest part of the business: it finds and ranks prospects off Google Maps, keeps every lead and follow-up in one place, and generates the service contract when you’re ready to close. And it’s just one part of VendHub, which also sources product, supplies discounted equipment, and helps you enroll with suppliers. Less time logging data, more time signing locations.
Are the contracts VendScout generates ready to use?+
VendScout drafts a vending service agreement you can customize and send for e-signature. It’s a fast starting point you control, not legal advice, so run anything unusual past your own advisor.
Can VendHub get me a national contract?+
There’s a real path to be matched with pre-negotiated national contracts through the community. It’s an opportunity, not a guarantee, and not every operator will see one, but it’s there as you grow.
What kind of support do I get?+
Real human support, not just help docs. Our team shuttles stuck orders along and talks to your suppliers for you every week, so you’re never stuck alone.
Is this the same as the Vendingpreneurs community?+
No. VendHub is the software platform. Vendingpreneurs is the separate community and coaching product. They share an origin.
How do I get access, and what does it cost?+
Pricing is being finalized, with public Free, Basic, and Pro plans coming soon. Vendingpreneurs community members get access immediately, so contact us for early access if you can’t wait. Once you’re in, you can browse the marketplace and equipment catalog and start winning locations with VendScout right away, and our team helps you enroll with suppliers.
