What exactly do I earn?+
15% of each monthly VendHub Basic payment for 12 months, starting with their first Basic payment, or 25% of their first annual payment. Commission is capped at $240 per customer. VendLytics fees don't earn commission. All amounts are after discounts.
What doesn't earn commission?+
Equipment, Pantry purchases, VendMedia, VendLytics fees, and payments after the first 12 months. Existing VendHub accounts and your own account don't count.
What do the operators I refer get?+
30% off their first 3 monthly Basic payments, or 20% off their first year if they pay annually. We also cover VendLytics fees on 3 machines for 3 months from their first Basic payment. Machines aren't included.
Who counts as a referral?+
A new VendHub customer who comes through your link or code and buys Basic, including someone who signs up free first and upgrades later.
How is a referral tracked?+
Your link is remembered for 90 days in the browser where it was clicked. The first referral saved when they create an account keeps the referral. If they click on a phone and sign up on a laptop, they enter your code at signup.
When and how am I paid?+
Once a month, through your partner portal: commission earned in a month is paid 30 days after that month ends, so refunds can settle first. Payouts start once your balance reaches $25; smaller balances carry forward.
Do I have to say it's a paid link?+
Yes. Whenever you share your link or code, say clearly that you earn a commission before anyone clicks, right next to the link (for example, "I earn a commission if you join through my link"), not only in a bio. Don't make income or earnings claims, and don't bid on VendHub's name in paid search.
How much will I make?+
It depends on how many operators you refer and whether they pay monthly or annually. The calculator shows the math; it is an example, not a promise.
Do I need a call to join?+
No. Sign up in the portal and you're set. For a walkthrough first, reply to any of our emails.
How much is VendLytics?+
$9.95 per machine per month for up to 10 machines, $8.95 for 11 to 25, and custom pricing above 25. VendLytics fees don't earn affiliate commission.
How fast am I approved?+
Your link works as soon as you sign up, and we review new accounts within 7 days.
Can I join from outside the US?+
Yes, if we can pay out in your country. VendHub serves US operators, so it fits best if your audience runs US routes.
Do I need a tax form?+
Yes. Submit a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) before your first payout.
Can my audience combine your offer with another discount?+
No. One discount per account; the partner offer replaces any other.
What if someone I refer gets a refund?+
The commission on that payment comes off your balance, even if it was already paid.
